Built as a private commission for Storrs, 00 Audio × Storrs is a full-range, three-way all-in-one unit. The brief was a self-contained system that could go anywhere and still deliver true full-range sound – deep low end, clear mids, and detailed highs from one hand-built box.

One of our favourites to build, and a hard one to see go.

Every panel on this one was cut by hand – no CNC. The angled sides carry matching 5° tilts that run consistently across the geometry and the accents, so the whole enclosure reads as one deliberate shape rather than a box with features bolted on.

It's a testament to good craftsmanship and a lot of patience. Built from Baltic birch ply, finished with oil to bring out the grain, and completed with a custom laser-engraved control plate.

Fitted with dual Tang Band W5-1138SMF drivers and tuned to 38Hz, it hits deep. A Beyma 3FR30V2 handles the mids and an SB26STCN-C000-4 takes the highs, giving a clean 30Hz–20kHz response.

Four channels of 100w are managed by active DSP with phase-aligned crossovers and adaptive EQ, plus onboard tone controls and an RCA input for wired sources. The result is a compact, everything-in-one-box system that punches well above its footprint.
